Who we are?

We have been operating in the children’s products industry in Poland for 14 years. As part of the company’s development, in 2018 we transformed it into a general partnership when a second partner joined as the current Distribution Manager responsible for sales and marketing.

Previously, he gained knowledge and experience working for well-known children’s brands in Poland:

Thanks to many years of professional experience in B2C and B2B distribution we have successfully developed our company to the level of a professional distributor of quality children’s brands.

We have:

• extensive experience in direct B2B trade cooperation in Poland and abroad with many suppliers of selected children’s brands
• skilled and experienced staff, primarily including:

• distribution: sales and marketing
• administration: IT and finance
• international cooperation: translations as well as purchasing and logistics
• a team of experienced sales staff and
• necessary administrative, logistical, and financial support.

We want to further develop the company at a “higher” level using our own competencies by efficiently organizing the distribution of interesting and original children’s brands for B2B.

Together with our employees we form a “well-functioning team” that has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge and many years of trading experience.

This gives us an advantage in effective retail sales in all types of distribution channels, such as:

• retail sales
• internet sales through e-shop
• perfectly recognized by us – the largest and most important marketplace in Poland – Allegro.

We are familiar with the Polish distribution system and are well aware of the realities of retail sales and wholesale. We know exactly the conditions under which Polish stores in the children’s industry operate because we have been one ourselves for many years. This gives us the ability to design effective sales policies and attractive wholesale cooperation terms tailored specifically to their needs.

In summary, we want to use all these advantages in Soledo Polska to organize and to conduct effective distribution, so that our company can act as your agent/representative/

distributor in Poland, to build brand awareness and grow sales while respecting the interests of all available distribution channels:

We can assure you that when distributing selected brands, we focus entirely on them — leveraging the synergy of our customer base, as well as our commercial, marketing, and logistical tools and activities.

Our most recent successes:

• January 2025 – established cooperation with the Belgian company Mekk Group, becoming the exclusive distributor in Poland for the brands: Label Label, Tryco Baby, and Ding Baby
• April 2025 – participation in the most popular Polish competition for the Toy of the Year where where a product from the Label Label brand – the Bistro Kitchen – won the main award: Toy of the Year 2025
• May 2025 – launch of a professional B2B platform for business cooperation.
